Villa with a private 7 x 3 m pool and views to the coast and sea in direction Benidorm and Alicante. The beautiful sandy beach “Cala d’Enmig” is just a 7 minute (350 m) walk and the Cala Piteres tram station is just a 9 minute (550 m) walk.
There is a villa being built in front of the house; construction noise may be present between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For this reason we have special prices for 2025.

Upon entering the home, you’ll find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and access to the porch with sea views.
The home features 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).
On the terrace near the pool area, there’s a pavilio, idela for having the meals there, with sea views toward Alicante and Benidorm.
The pool and terrace area can be covered with an awning to avoid the hottest hours.
There’s air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
The pool can be heated in winter (29°C), for a fee of €200 per week. Towels, sheets, and beach towels are provided.
The beautiful sandy cove “Cala d’Enmig” is just a 7 minute (350 m) walk and the tram station “Cala Piteres” is just a 9 minute (550 m) walk.
You can take the tram to the next station “Coveta Fuma” (5 min), where you’ll find restaurants, bars, and a supermarket or head towards El Campello (Alicante) or Villajoiosa (Benidorm).
The tram runs twice an hour in both directions.
The same restaurants, bars and supermarket you find easy in a 15 minute (1 km) walk.
