Villa Eva is located in El Campello, in a quiet location just 1 km to Playa de l’Almadraba beach, perfect for a holiday with family or friends.
The villa offers 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers.
It also features a modern kitchen and a living room with access to a covered terrace, which offers beautiful views of the swimming pool and a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
The terrace next to the outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for outside dining and is ideal for barbecues. The house has a gas and wood-fired barbecue.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the glass-enclosed terrace or the veranda. From the spacious living room, you can directly access the covered terrace or the two double bedrooms on the ground floor, which share a bathroom.
On the first floor is the master bedroom. Through this bedroom you can reach a shared bathroom, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom.
You reach the Tram station “Poble Espanyol” in less than 10 minutes (700 m) on foot. From there, you can take comfortable the tram to the center of El Campello in 5 minutes, to the long sandy beaches of Playa Muchavista and San Juan in 10 minutes, or to the beautiful city of Alicante in 30 minutes. You can also take the tram towards Benidorm to Denia. The tram runs twice an hour in both directions.
Within a maximum of 15 minutes’ walk, you will find five highly recommended restaurants.
Normal electric consumption of 30 Kw/day incl. (more consumption 0,20 €/kw).

Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing addressed to us by e-mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us.
If you cancel eight weeks or more before arrival you will lose your deposit.
If you cancel within eight weeks of arrival or if the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we shall be entitled to the full holiday cost from you.
If you need to cancel the reservation at anytime we will always try to rent out your dates again. If we are able to rent out your dates we will refund you all payments.
1. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
1.1 Bookings cannot be accepted from persons less than 22 years of age at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
1.2 The client who made the reservation must be present on the day of entry.
1.3 If we refuse a booking or cancel the rental contract any paid deposit will be paid back in max. 5 days.
2. PAYMENT
2.1 Failure to complete the first payment within the agreed period will make this agreement none and void.
2.2 The balance must be paid no later than eight weeks before arrival. Failure to pay the balance on time can constitute the cancellation of the rental contract.
3. CANCELLATION BY YOU

4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You should arrive between 16.00 and 22.00 on the holiday start date and the accommodation must be vacated by 11.00 on the last day unless you have a different agreement with us. The cleaning ladies must have access at 09.00 a.m. at your departure day for starting with the final cleaning if necessary. If these times are difficult, please advise us at the time of booking. If you vacate the property after 11:00 a.m., we may not be able to hand over the house to the new guests on time. If we have to compensate the new tenants financially, we will be forced to deduct this from the security deposit.
5. Prices for handover keys and introduction of the property:
16.00 – 22.00 without any charge, 22.00 – 24.00 we charge 15,- € extra, after 24.00 we charge 30,- € extra.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require the payment of a Security Deposit to cover the cost of any damage or breakages to the property or its contents through careless behavior. The Security Deposit will be returned to your credit card max. 5 days after the Check-out Date subject to no damages.
7. NUMBER OF PEOPLE USING THE HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the property description except in the case of infants less than two years. In the event that the maximum number is exceeded without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke the booking at our sole discretion.
8. SOCIAL EVENTS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS
We do not allow social events and other functions (weddings, receptions, large cocktail parties, etc.) on the property without prior agreement. Permission will be required for any event to be attended by more than the number of sleeping places indicated in the property description. If there are more people in the property than the number of sleeping places indicated in the property description, the agent has the right to cancel the rental contract and the tenants have to leave the property immediately. If the agent needs to cancel the rental contract for this reason there will be no refund of the rental fee or security deposit.
9. BEHAVIOUR
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. Should you and your party not behave in such a manner we may at our absolute discretion ask you and your party to vacate the property without a refund of the price.
10. INFORMATION
10.1 While we make every effort to ensure that descriptions supplied by the Property Owners are accurately reproduced, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or the results thereof. You must accept that minor differences between the photograph/illustration/text used and the actual property may arise.
10.2 Property Owners reserve the right to make modifications to the property specification that are considered necessary in the light of operating requirements. In the interests of continued improvement, Property Owners reserve the right to alter furniture, fittings, amenities, facilities or any activities, either advertised or previously available, without prior notice.
11. ACCESS
Our agents shall be allowed free access to the holiday accommodation at any time during any holiday occupancy for the purposes of inspection and maintenance.
12. PETS
Pets are not allowed. If we discover for example at the final cleaning that there were pets in the house during your stay, we reserve the right to retain the security deposit.
13. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
13.1 You must keep the holiday accommodation and all furniture, fittings, effects, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday, and leave the holiday accommodation in the same state of general order in which it was found. You are responsible for all damage or loss which occurs to the property or its contents during your occupation, and will be responsible to paying appropriate compensation to us.
13.2 Please throw all your rubbish into the nearest containers. For hygiene reasons, rubbish cannot be accumulated in the house. Accumulation of rubbish may result in the loss of the security deposit.
14. LIABILITY OF US AND THE PROPERTY OWNER
14.1 We are not be responsible for the death of or personal injury of you or any person named on the Booking Form or other person at the property, unless this results from the proven negligence of the owner, ourselves, or our employees.
14.2 We shall not be liable for any loss, breach or delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including though not limited to, act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, civil disturbance, acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or local authority, strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions or disputes or adverse weather conditions. In any such case we shall be entitled to treat the contract as discharged.
14.3 In the event of such discharge, our liability shall be limited to the return of the sums paid to us in respect of the (unused) portion of the holiday calculated on a pro rata daily basis.
14.4 We cannot be held responsible for breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, swimming pool filtrations systems etc. nor for failure of public utilities such as water, gas and electricity.
14.5 We are not responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the holiday accommodation or which is beyond our control.
15. CLEANING
The property will be clean throughout at the beginning of the rental period. There is a final cleaning charge.
16. STAFF
The services of some staff are included at many of the properties. At some this is payable locally. Additional maids and cooks are sometimes available at extra charge, although such services cannot be guaranteed. Please give us as much notice as possible and we shall try to assist. We accept no responsibility for additional staff or services. Any other arrangements you make with your staff or any other person or company providing services whilst you are staying at the property are between you and the staff and we accept no responsibility for these services provided and the terms on which they are provided.
17. LINEN AND TOWLES
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included.
Please keep the sheets and towels clean of traces of creams, oils, etc., especially sun creams. High protection sun creams damage towels and sheets and leave stains that cannot be removed. If we find stains of this type, we are obliged to charge you from the deposit for their replacement.
18. SWIMMING POOLS
Before using the pool please shower to remove excess sun cream, with many persons using the pool in the hot summer months it will be impossible to keep the water quality high. Failure to do this may result in loss of deposit. The pool will be checked for water quality every week; pool cleaning is by outside contractor charged to the owner. If you are in any doubt with regard to the water quality call us immediately and we will come and inspect.
19. PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs taken at our properties cannot be used or sold for profit without authorization from us.
20. SECURITY AND VALUABLES
Any valuable left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss against theft and burglary. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or consequential losses due to theft or any other security related incident howsoever caused.

22. SMOKING
Smoking is allowed outside only.
23. LAW
All contractual obligations arising out of these booking conditions shall be deemed to come into existence in Spain, and be subject to Spanish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts of Alicante.
