Walking into the villa you will find in the ground floor the entrance, the large living – dining room with american kitchen, guest toilet, one bedroom (the bed size is 200x200cm) with bathroom en suite and a large covered terrace with direct access to the outside covered kitchen and dining area with BBQ and the swimming pool area. In the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms (the bed size is 150x200cm, 160x200cm, 150x190cm and two 90x190cm )with bathrooms en suite and in the second floor you find a nice sitting area with a large terrace, perfect to relax. In the semi-basement you find 4 bedrooms (the beds size is 160x200cm and a one sofa-bed) and 3 bathrooms, also there is a large garage where you will find a Ping Pong table. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided. Price for heating pump for the swimming-pool in the winter saison per week 220,- € (approx. 30º C)
