As it is located in the first line you will enjoy incredible views to the sea. From the villa there is a direct access to a very nice and private bay which is only used by the neighborhood. The bay is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

1. CANCELLATION BY YOU
1.1 Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing addressed to us by e-mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us.
1.2 If you cancel eight weeks or more before arrival you will lose your deposit.
1.3 If you cancel within eight weeks of arrival or if the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we shall be entitled to the full holiday cost from you.
1.4 If you need to cancel the reservation at anytime we will always try to rent out your dates again. If we are able to rent out your dates we will refund you all payments.

We only allow domestic dogs as pets. The supplement for renting with a dog is 150.- € for the final cleaning and 1.000,- € security deposit. This will be charged before the rental, when the keys are handed over. However, for rentals with dogs we ask you to be responsable with the home and the garden, and that the animal's needs are collected and cleaned for the maximum care of the property. If there is a damage, hair on furniture, beds, sofas, etc., we will have to deduct the repairs or special cleaning from the security deposit.
