In the case that you need to cancel your booking, please contact us inmediately. If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in you will receive a refund of a 100% of your payments. If you cancel after this point, you will not get a refund if we are not able to rent out the reserved period again. If we are able to rent out the reserved period we will refund you 100% of your payments.
