This traditional Spanish-style villa is located in the quiet residential area of Venta La Nuza, near El Campello, perfect for families or groups seeking sun, sea, and relaxation. The villa sits on a generous plot and features a private swimming pool (5 × 10 m) with a large sun terrace and two covered terraces for shade. The pool area also includes a grill and smoker, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.

Inside, the villa offers a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen, three bedrooms (bedsizes: 200 x 180 cm, 180 x 200 cm, 200 x 200 cm) and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. A separate guest apartment provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and living area with a sofa bed.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold). Two extra beds can be provided on request (€150 per unit per stay). The villa includes WiFi, Spanish and international TV, towels, bed linen, and beach towels, high chairs and cots are on request free of charge.

Normal electricity consumption of 20 kWh/day is included. Any higher consumption will be charged an additional €0.20/kWh. A 200€ deposit will be charged on-site via credit card for electricity consumption.
