The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, guests will find a welcoming terrace, a living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom. The second and top floor features a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a private balcony.

The house is fully equipped and all bedrooms, as well as the living room, have air conditioning (hot/cold) for comfort throughout the year. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, Towels and high chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

Normal electricity consumption of 20 kWh per day is included. Any additional consumption is charged at €0.20/kWh. A €200 electricity deposit will be charged on-site via credit card.
